PrintErosion Control Plan Review and Inspection Fees
There is only one (1) fee for plan review and inspection. The fee is:
- $345.00 for the first acre.
- $115.00 for each additional acre or part thereof (round up).
Example: A 5.75 acre would cost $920.00 for the review and approval of the Erosion Control Plan and the issuance of Land Disturbing Permit. The amount is based on $345.00 for the 1st acre and $575 for the remaining 4.75 (rounded to 5) acres.
