The Engineering Services Department Construction Inspection Staff is responsible for the inspection of City funded and Developer driven projects within the City of High Point. Our professional team ensures compliance with the plans and specifications for the job.

• Driveway Apron Inspection prior to installation
• Representing the City of High Point on projects
• Resurfacing
• Roadway Inspections, Check Subgrade, and Proof-Roll
• Sewer Line and Manhole Inspections, Vacuum, and Pressure Testing
• Sidewalk Inspections upon installation
• Stormwater Inspections upon installation
• Water and Sewer Repairs
• Waterline Inspections, Bacteriological Testing, and Pressure Testing
