The City of High Point is pleased to offer
electronic billing [E-Bill]
to our utility customers.
Go green! Switch to E-Bill! It's easy, secure and free!

When you switch to E-Bill, an email will be sent to you each month to let you know that your bill is ready for viewing and payment. From your email notification, simply click on the links to either View Your Utility Bill or Pay Your Utility Bill. You will need your utility account number and pin number, which is printed on your bill.

Once you have signed up for E-Bill, you will no longer receive a monthly statement in the mail. However, you will receive a Reminder Notice in the mail if the bill has not been paid by the past due after date.
