PrintHigh Point EDC Mission
The High Point Economic Development Corporation (HPEDC) is a public-private organization established in 1990 to promote a pro-business environment. Our Board of Directors is comprised of business and community leaders, City Council members, and city government senior staff.
Our mission is to:
- work to retain existing business and industry in the City of High Point;
- assist local companies in expanding;
- attract new businesses to locate in High Point; and
- encourage the creation of head-of-household jobs for Piedmont Triad residents.
We provide one-stop location or expansion assistance. Our experienced team works with consultants and company decision makers to identify and tour potential sites that meet your needs. We also prepare and deliver incentive and benefit packages to help you make the best site location decision.
