Things to Remember
- When an appointment is confirmed, write down the pick up and drop off times and the appointment setter's name.
- Please be on time. Driver's will wait up to five minutes for clients to board vehicles.
- Dial-A-Lift will refuse service if you do not pay the driver appropriate fare
- Put your seatbelt on as soon as you are seated, drivers are not allowed to operate vehicle unless you are wearing your seatbelt.
- Clients are not allowed to eat, drink or smoke on Dial-A-Lift vans.
- Please do not operate or tamper with any of the equipment while on the vans.
- Dial-A-Lift is a shared ride service. Please be polite and considerate of other clients.
- When shopping you may transport only the number of bags that you can carry and will not interfere with other passengers.
- Hi tran Transit System/Dial-A-Lift reserves the right to refuse services and transportation to those who abuse the service and/or display inappropriate behavior.
Dial-A-Lift's drivers have been trained in the proper procedures for assisting disabled persons and are highly qualified individuals.
