Yard Waste Collection (free) - Place grass clippings, leaves and shrubbery trimmings in clear plastic bags or a yard waste cart. Tie limbs and branches in bundles that are no longer than four feet and that weigh less than 50 lbs. Put bags or the cart and bundles at the curb in front of your house for collection.
