The Treasury Services Division is responsible for the administration of public funds in the City's investment portfolio. Our mission is to maximize investment opportunities, to increase investment income and help reduce the need for tax and rate increases to our customers.
The Treasury Services Division administers the risk management program to include reporting of losses, theft, property insurance maintenance and third party administration for liability claims.
We are also responsible for timely and accurate payment of the City's financial obligations through our Accounts Payable team. The Accounts Payable team is responsible for processing payments to vendors for goods and services provided to the City.
Vendors are divided between our Accounting Clerks as follows:
