    The City of High Point uses various pieces of information such as your phone number and address to quickly respond to your service needs.

  4. Request a Garbage, Yard Waste or Recycling Cart

    If you need to purchase an additional Garbage,Yard Waste or Recycling Cart, choose which cart(s) you wish to purchase and a customer service representative will give you a call to obtain your payment information.

  5. Start Service

    If you are a new resident of the City of High Point and need utility service established in your name, complete the online form.

  6. Stop Service

    To take your current service out of your name, use this form (residential service only).

  7. Transfer Service

    If you are currently a High Point city utility customer and are moving to a new residence served by the City of High Point, complete the online form to transfer service to your new address.

    This form is used to report an outdoor light that is not working.
