When you switch to eBill, an email, text or both will be sent to you each month to let you know that your bill is ready for viewing and payment. From your email notification, simply click the link to either View Your Utility Bill or Pay Your Utility Bill. You will need your utility account number and PIN number, which is printed on your bill.
To begin receiving your monthly eBill notification you will need to register through the Customer Portal. You will need your utility account number and PIN number to register. Once you have signed up for eBill, you will no longer receive a monthly statement in the mail. However, you will receive a Reminder Notice in the mail if the bill has not been paid by the past due after date.
