Budget and Evaluation

Annually, the City of High Point grants funding to non-profit or outside agencies which assist the City in carrying out its mission and strategic plan in support of vital community services.  Agencies can apply for grants as part of the city's budget which takes effect each July 1.  The application process is competitive and not all applicants will be awarded funding. 

The City Council takes final action on the funding requests as part of the annual budget adoption process.  Non-profit applications are evaluated by The City of High Point Finance Committee.

The application process for FY2023-24 funding will begin later this year.
