Have you seen the good news? the library will be hosting a discussion with bestselling novelist, Charlie Lovett next Thurs. Oct. 6th at 6:30 p.m. He will be discussing his new release, The Enigma Affair, and he will be selling copies of his books starting at 6 p.m. He will be available to sign books immediately afterwards. Happy Hispanic Heritage Month! From September 15 - October 15 explore Hispanic culture, history, and heritage in NC LIVE Collections. A great place to start is the Latinx Reading List from the HomeGrown eBooks Collection. To get to NC Live, on the library's main webpage go to Popular Destinations, choose NC Live (you will be asked to choose your library (High Point Public) and enter your library card number. On the NC Live page, choose eBooks and the HomeGrown collection is the recommended resource at the top.

Hoopla Flex Borrows is the latest way to extend your monthly checkouts!! In addition to the 3 hoopla Instant borrows you receive each month with your High Point Library card, you now will have 20 hoopla Flex borrows you can use on the specially marked hoopla Flex eBooks and Audiobooks.
