Special Olympics Guilford/High Point is a year-round sports training and competition organization for athletes with intellectual disabilities, eight years of age and older. All athletes must have a current medical form, participation form and current Parent/Guardian Release Form on file to participate.

Athletes participating in Special Olympics Guilford/High Point have the chance to make an impact on their local program, community and Special Olympics North Carolina. In the role of Global Messenger, you have the opportunity to be trained to be a spokesperson and in the role of Athlete Council you have the opportunity to make an impact on Special Olympics North Carolina and individuals with disabilities across the state of North Carolina.
