Payment Options

Utility Bill Payment Options
Cash or Check
We accept both cash and checks at all of the payment locations - City Hall main office and our Northpoint Customer Service branch office. If you return your payment by mail, please use a check. Payment drop box is located on front of the building and payments are processed on next business day.

Credit or Debit Cards
Use your Visa / MasterCard or Discover to pay for utilities and other city services. We accept credit card payments at all of our payment locations - Customer Service Center in City Hall and Customer Service branch office. We also accept debit cards at our payment locations.

We accept credit card payments by phone, too. Payments made by phone or web before 5:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be posted to your utility account the same business day, Monday - Friday (except holidays). Payments made after 5:30 p.m. will be posted on the next business day.

Online Payments
 Pay your utility bill (or other city services) online using your Visa / MasterCard, Discover or checking account.

Checking over the Phone
Your check transaction amount may be processed electronically. For your records you will receive an authorization number, however, this does not mean the transaction has cleared your bank.

Payments made before 5:30 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) will be posted to your utility account on the same business day, Monday - Friday (except holidays). Payments made after 5:30 p.m. will be posted the next business day.

Automatic Bank Draft
We will draft your checking or savings account each month for your utility payment. When you select bank draft, we'll send you a utility bill stating the date that the draft will be made. The typical draft date is 21 days after the billing date, excluding weekends and holidays.
