  1. Board of Adjustment

    High Point's Board of Adjustment is a quasi-judicial body, made up of 5 regular members plus several alternate members.

  2. Historic Preservation Commission

    Historic Districts are established in order to help maintain and preserve areas of the City that have significant historic or architectural value.

  3. Planning & Zoning Commission

    The purpose of the Planning and Zoning Commission is to hear and make recommendations on matters in accordance with the terms of the City's Development Ordinance, such as zoning map amendments, permits and applications.
