Comments and Complaints

Dial-a-Lift personnel are available to assist customers/clients with scheduling, to resolve problems and to provide information about the service. Questions, compliments, suggestions, and complaints should be directed by phone, letter, e-mail, or via our online Customer Feedback Form to Dial-a-Lift. Complaints should be reported as soon as possible after the incident to ensure proper handling. When filing a complaint, please provide the following information:
  • Explanation of incident or complaint
  • Your name, address, and phone number
  • Date, time and location of the incident
  • The vehicle's number and/or driver's name
Dial-a-Lift personnel will make every attempt to address your concerns. If you are not satisfied with the response given to you by Dial-a-Lift personnel you may speak with the Transit Manager at 336-883-3424.
