  1. Changing Exhibits

    The Luthier’s Craft: Instrument Making Traditions of the Blue Ridge,explores and documents the traditional arts of fiddle, guitar and banjo making in Southern Appalachia and the Blue Ridge Mountains. This exhibit will be open until December 17.

  2. Core Gallery

    Each of the Museum’s permanent exhibits offers insight into High Point, NC past.

  3. Furniture Heritage Exhibit

    High Point’s Furniture Heritage examines the history of the relationship between the furniture industry and the people of High Point.

  4. Historical Park

    Adjacent to the High Point Museum is our Historical Park which features three historic buildings including the John Haley House (1786), the Hoggatt House (1801) and a working blacksmith shop (1841).

  5. Historic Properties

    In addition to the Historical Park properties, the Museum maintains three off-site structures.

  6. Meredith’s Miniatures

    Captivating visitors of all ages, High Point native Meredith Slane Michener’s exhibit “Meredith’s Miniatures” features vignettes of real rooms, real places, the far away and the fanciful.
