The Process
The City of High Point publishes job opportunities on a biweekly basis. Anyone who meets the minimum qualifications is encouraged to apply via the online NeoGov system. Those applicants who submit an application for posted job opportunities and meet all of the posted minimum qualifications will be placed on an eligible list. Hiring managers review eligible lists to determine who will be invited to interview; however every individual on an eligible list may not be interviewed.

To apply for City of High Point job opportunity you must create an online account and submit an employment application via the City’s online NeoGov system. Online applications are stored on a secure site. Only authorized employees and hiring authorities have access to the information submitted.
