Adding Health to Our Years (AHOY)

Full Description

The Senior AHOY (Adding Health to Our Years) program is for adults 55 and up that promotes a healthier lifestyle through fitness, education and exercise. Some of the activities will include chair exercises, dance, basketball, line-dance, weight lifting, boxing, and walking. The program will also feature speakers on an array of healthier living topics, plus monthly day trips to shop, eat, and have fun!
