Gaskins & Lecraw, Inc., Zoning Map Amendment 23-21

A request by Gaskins & Lecraw, Inc to rezone approximately 1.7 acres from a Conditional Zoning Office Institutional (CZ-OI) District to a Conditional Zoning Retail Center (CZ-RC) District.   The site is located at the northwest corner of Eastchester Drive and Ramsay Street (2525 Eastchester Drive).

City of High Point, Zoning Map Amendment 23-32

A request by the City of High Point to rezone approximately 13.8 acres as part of the Comprehensive Zoning Map Amendment project.  To rezone the Camden Park Subdivision from the Conditional Use Residential Single Family – 5 (CU R-5) District to a Residential Single Family – 5 (R-5) District.  The subdivision is located south of the intersection of Skeet Club Road and Payne Road.

City of High Point, Zoning Map Amendment 24-01

A request by the City of High Point to rezone approximately 45.3 acres as part of the Comprehensive Zoning Map Amendment project.  To rezone the Legacy at Sandy Ridge Subdivision from a Conditional Use Residential Single Family –5 (CU R-5) District to a Residential Single Family – 5 (R-5) District.  The subdivision is located along the north side of Sandy Ridge Road, approximately 1,000 feet west of the intersection of Sandy Ridge Road and Johnson Street (north of intersection of Sandy Ridge Road and Legacy Drive).
