A request for a 6-foot 9-inch variance to the residential fence height standards of the City of High Point Development Ordinance to allow a fence height of 12-feet 9-inches. This variance application is related to TABLE 5.11.5.B: – Fence Height for Residential Uses and is filed pursuant to Section 2.4.16 - Variance of the Development Ordinance.
A request for a 6-foot 9-inch variance to the side street residential setback standards of the Residential Single Family – 3 (R-3) district to allow a residential accessory building to encroach into the side street setback. This variance application is related to Section 3.3.2.B – Dimensional Standards, Section 4.4.4.D – Residential Accessory Structures, and is filed pursuant to Section 2.4.16 - Variance of the Development Ordinance.
A request for an alternate design from the façade transparency requirements as described in the Building Standards section of the Central Business (CB) zoning district. The application is related to Section 3.4.8.G.3 – Building Standards and is filed pursuant to Section 2.4.2 – Alternate Design of the Development Ordinance.
