has filed a 3-foot 11.16-inch variance from the required Residential Single Family – 5 (R-5) 20-foot rear residential structure setback to allow a single family detached dwelling to be located within the rear setback.

 This application references Section 3.3.3.B R-5 Dimensional Standards, of the High Point Development Ordinance and is filed pursuant to Section 2.4.16, Variances, of the Development Ordinance.
