A request by Carroll Investment Properties to rezone approximately 20.56 acres from the General Business (GB) District and the Residential Multifamily – 16 (RM-16) District to the Employment Center (EC) District and a Conditional Zoning Employment Center (CZ-EC) District. The site is located east of Dillon Road and along the north side of E. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.
A request by High Point University to rezone approximately 22.2 acres from a Conditional Zoning Institutional (CZ-I) District and the Retail Center (RC) District to an amended Conditional Zoning Institutional (CZ-I) District. The site is located along the north side of E. Lexington Avenue, between N. Centennial Street and N. University Parkway.
A request by Sagamore Homes NC, to rezone an approximate 14.25-acre parcel from the Residential Single Family – 20 (RS-20) District, within Forsyth County’s zoning jurisdiction, to a Conditional Zoning Residential Single Family – 5 (CZ R-5) District. The site is located along the east side of Cedarwood Trail, approximately 580 feet south of N. Main Street.
