Library moving to only text & email notifications

Starting this fall, High Point Public Library will move entirely to text & email notifications. Compared to phone call notifications, text-based notifications:

  • are sent out more regularly
  • can be read at your convenience
  • contain more precise information about your holds and overdue items

To maintain our commitment to great customer service, all phone renewal requests will now be processed directly by Library staff when you call 336-883-3661. Items can also be renewed through our online catalog at http://hppl.tlcdelivers.com:8080/#.
