Notice of 45-Day Public Comment Period

System Development Fee Study Report

The System Development Fee Study Report has been published on the city’s website and can be accessed by clicking on the following link:  www.HighPointNC.gov/VirtualPublicComment

The required 45-day public comment period is now open and the public is invited to submit public comments on the System Development Fee Study Report.  Comments must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27, 2020.  Please click on the link above for instructions on submitting public comments.

The consultant provided a presentation to the City Council during a Special Meeting held on August 3, 2020.  The City Council will hold a public hearing to adopt the proposed system development fees after the 45-day public comment period is complete.
