NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the High Point City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at 8:30 a.m. at The String & Splinter Club, 305 W. High Avenue, High Point, NC, 27260.  The topic for the meeting is as follows: 

  1. Closed Session Pursuant to N.C. General Statute §143-318.11(a)(6) for Personnel.
