  • Inbound Montlieu Ave, Washington Dr, Jamestown, and Oak Hollow Mall will turn left onto S Wrenn St, right onto E Commerce Ave, right onto S Elm St, and right onto Broad Ave into the terminal.

Please see a supervisor if you have any questions.

Road Work Ahead

ROAD WORK - Update

Beginning Wednesday, January 15, 2020, there will be road construction at the intersection of N Main St and Lexington Ave.  There will only be one lane in each direction on N Main St and traffic on Lexington Ave will not be able to cross N Main St.  This construction is projected to last until late summer/early fall 2020.

Expect delays due to the large volume of traffic on N Main St and the reduction in the number of lanes.

As you are checking your email each week, please note that there may be more than one (1) message that requires your attention.

  • Operators are expected to follow detours as posted unless given different instructions by a supervisor.  Should an operator be involved in an accident while using an unauthorized detour, it will be considered a preventable accident. Failure to use the authorized detour will result in disciplinary action.
  • Please remember to fill out your timesheet/inspection form completely and accurately.  The supervisor should not have to total your time worked or fill in any other missing information.  If you are unsure about the amount of paid time for each piece of work on your run, see your supervisor for a copy of this information.
  • Operators are expected to stay with their buses as much as possible in order to provide excellent customer service.  If you are away from your bus unnecessarily, passengers are unable to board and must wait outside which does not meet the excellent customer service standard.  If you must leave your bus, please close the door so that passengers do not get on and evade paying the fare and return as quickly as possible.
  • Operators are expected to driver Guaranteed Ride if it is a part of your run.  If you need to be off, you must put in a leave request in advance.
  • Any contact that your bus makes with another object is considered an accident, and must be called in to the supervisor immediately.  The supervisor will then decide what actions to take next.  Failure to report an accident is grounds for disciplinary action.

Congratulations go out to Gregory Johnson for completing training.
