2017 Population Estimate Complete

The Planning and Development Department has completed its annual population estimate for High Point. As of April 1, 2017, the city's estimated population is 112,201. This would mean that High Point has been growing at an average annual rate of approximately 1.1% since the 2010 Census was taken on April 1, 2010, at which time the city's population was reported to be 104,371.
