This week, crews continued to install storm, waterline and sewer toward English Road and began digging out for asphalt on Elm Street toward Church Street. Electric completed concrete work on the duct bank and are now patching asphalt over it. Garney and Electric will both continue moving closer to Church Street.
Next week, crews will continue installing storm, waterline and sewer toward English, and Electric will begin pulling cable into those installed vaults and placing light pole bases down Gatewood. The Church Street intersection will remain closed. .
