Update:  1/30/19

The past week, crews continued to install storm drains, water lines and sewer pipe toward English Road.  They have flushed and tested water lines in preparation to make the necessary tie-ins.  Next week they will continue installing storm pipe, water lines, and sewer pipe toward English Rd. and in the Church Street intersection.  They will begin replacing services and continue to make the necessary tie-ins. High Point Electric will continue to pull the cable through the installed vaults on Elm Street and will prepare to continue to move their portion of the project towards the Church Street intersection.  They will also be placing additional light pole bases down Gatewood Avenue, but should not directly impact Elm Street.
