Update:  2/14/19

This week, contractors continued to install storm and sewer towards English Road, and storm pipe in the Church Street intersection. They installed 4" and 6" services from the First Baptist Youth Center to the existing manhole, and they finished the tie-in to the 12" waterline at Elm and English. Next week, Electric crews will be working on installing ductbank, and contractors will continue installing storm pipe and sewer toward English Road. They'll finish installing storm pipe in the Church Avenue intersection, dig out to pave and pave what area is available.
