Update:  3/14/19

Contractors have completed the remaining pipe for the project and finished paving the Church Avenue intersection. They began testing the sewer, and the DOT portion of the project in English Road was completed and paved. Electric crews installed multiple 7x7 vaults in Church Avenue, and have continued to install ductbank in the intersection. Due to the junction of utilities there, there are around 30 conduits in the area. For the remainder of the week and into next week, Garney crews will finish testing the sewer, finish paving and concrete work, and work on moving material out of the lot. Electric will be through the Elm and Church intersection and continue heading towards English Road. The Church intersection will open once traffic signals have been installed.
