Assess organization-wide training and development needs; coordinate with departments to meet training goals; review employee development data and identify trends requiring attention; develop, organize, conduct, and evaluate in-person training programs; oversee LMS education planning; manage internal career ladder programs including testing and promotions; assist in troubleshooting of employee development-related software; and maintain existing training programs and provide improvement solutions.
